Christina Bradford named new principal of Williams Middle School – Blue Ribbon News


Ms Bradford comes to JW Williams Middle School with 16 years of experience in public education, most recently as Principal of Quest Academy. Ms. Bradford also served as Deputy Principal for six years, including at Rockwall-Heath High School and Cain Middle School. She started her career at Mesquite ISD as a physical education teacher, women’s basketball coach and women’s coordinator. She holds a Masters of Educational Administration and a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Kinesiology from Texas A & M-Commerce. Currently, she is completing her PhD in Educational Leadership at Liberty University.

Ms. Bradford’s professional experiences and accomplishments include:
Extensive leadership at the college and high school level,
– Experience in improving safety and security plans with proactive measures for student character development,
– Qualified facilitator of the Professional Learning Communities (PLC) process,
– Member of the Facilitated Bonds Committee,
– Member of the Rockwall ISD Strategic Planning Committee, and
– Establishment of a community awareness program to support students.

She held the management position following the retirement of Mr. David Blake. Going forward, the district will begin the process to fill the senior position at Quest Academy.
