Award-Winning Public Relations Manager Joins Team of Senior Crisis Management Consultants at the Institute for Crisis Management (ICM)


SOUTH BEND, IN, Jan. 18, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ — The Institute for Crisis Management® (ICM) today announced that Jennifer Dulles, APR has joined ICM as a Principal Consultant. In addition to providing her expertise to ICM clients, Ms. Dulles is president of DStreet, a public relations consultancy based in Denver, Colorado. She will continue in this role while working with ICM on a variety of crisis and issue management engagements.

Ms. Dulles will provide expertise to ICM clients to develop and deliver crisis communication plans, training and advice. She is a frequent advisor to the executive suite on strategic planning and business growth, as well as reputation management and crisis communications preparedness and response.

Ms. Dulles is certified in Public Relations (PRA) and Reputation Management and has been recognized with over 20 industry awards for her work. She has degrees in journalism, public relations and political science.
