Ubuntu has a number of ways you can get support.

Self Support Options

For most basic problems it's offen a good first step to learn the global help systems so you are able to help yourself when you have problems.

• Internet Search - Using a generic search tool such as google or yahoo you can find articles and howtos on most common problems.
• Ubuntu Wiki - Contains a vast number of how-tos and writen guides for overcomming problems.
• Ubuntu Forums - A global community of helpers are able to answer your posts and a search of the archives can yield solutions to any problems posted before.

Local Personal Help

Our local volunteer team will attempt to answer any questions that they know the answers to.

• Events - Our group hosts a number of events throughout the year, where people can ask questions and often bring their computers.
• IRC Chat - Your welcome to ask your questions in our instant chat room.
• Forums - LoCo forums provide a place where people can ask questions specificly aimed at the LoCo group.
• Paid for Support - Some of our members are certified professionals who offer paid for support services.
